Cloud Infrastructure & CI/CD for Digilab
Situation
The Digital Innovation Lab, focused on creating proof of concepts (PoCs), required a flexible and scalable cloud infrastructure to quickly develop, test, and deploy applications. The lack of a streamlined DevOps setup slowed down their ability to bring new ideas to life.
Task
The task was to set up a cloud environment and DevOps workflows in AWS that would support rapid development cycles, automate repetitive tasks, and minimize delays in the PoC development process.
Action
I set up the entire cloud infrastructure in AWS using Terraform, including container management, databases, networking, and storage. I implemented DevOps flows with CI/CD pipelines that automated building, testing, and deployment processes, allowing the team to easily manage resources and quickly spin up new environments.
Result
The new infrastructure and DevOps setup enabled the Digital Innovation Lab to work much faster, allowing them to launch and test new applications quickly. The team could now focus on innovation without being bogged down by technical setup, significantly improving their ability to deliver PoCs on time and with high quality.
