Estudio Éxito Sostenible University of Valencia
Situation
The University of Valencia was conducting a thesis study on topics like anxiety, impostor syndrome, and other psychological factors. To support the research, there was a need to collect a large number of survey responses and provide participants with immediate, meaningful feedback on their results.
Task
The task was to create an interactive survey system that would collect responses, encourage participation by providing valuable feedback, and display personalized results to respondents through a dashboard.
Action
I developed the system using Next.js and integrated it with SurveyMonkey’s API to collect survey responses. When participants completed the survey, the system automatically generated an interactive dashboard displaying their results in charts (e.g., anxiety levels, impostor syndrome scores). Each participant received an email with a personalized link to their dashboard, making it easy for them to view their results.
Result
The interactive system increased participation rates in the study by making the survey process engaging and rewarding for respondents. Participants appreciated seeing their results immediately, which enhanced their involvement and helped gather more data for the thesis research. The system added value for both the university and the participants, contributing to the overall success of the study.
