Task
The task was to create a Webshop Profile that would display verified information about online stores, such as shipping reliability, annual shipping volume, and return address details, all backed by PostNL. The goal was to enhance webshop credibility.
Action
We developed the Webshop Profile, integrating it with PostNL’s verification system to provide real-time data about each webshop. The profile displayed key details that helped customers verify the webshop’s reliability and security, boosting their confidence in the store. The system was designed to be easy to integrate and update as more data became available.
Result
The Webshop Profile increased customer confidence in online shopping, leading to higher conversion rates and more completed purchases. For PostNL, it attracted more eCommerce clients who wanted to showcase the verified badge, enhancing their reputation and expanding their market reach.
